Back in the saddle
One year ago I was told by my doctor that I had Hodgkin's Lymphoma. After 20 (!) chemo sessions and one stem cell transplant I am on the road to recovery and building up my bike legs again to tackle to 130km Ride for Cancer.
Last year I had signed for 130km ride but it conflicted with my treatment schedule. I had chemo three days before the event and had to drop down to the 25km (still first across the finish; just because I have cancer doesn't mean I'm going to stop being competitive).
With everyone's support last year I was able to raise $16,000 and Clearwater was able to raise over $83,000. This year I've set the goal to raise over $20,000 and will need all of your support again to do it!
